Ferrero local training
We also deliver a wide range of training and development in each local market to help ensure you have the tools and opportunities you need to learn and grow.
Ferrero USA has developed a one-year program aimed at newly graduated marketing students, whereby two candidates will spend six months in marketing and six months in sales. This rotational program provides a great foundation for students who have recently finished their university studies.
The successful candidate may be offered a full-time position at the end of the program based on their performance and a position being available in either the marketing or sales team.
The successful candidate will have recently completed their studies and attained a degree in Business and/or Marketing. Due to visa requirements only US students are eligible to apply.

Benefits, training and pay
Graduates are offered the same competitive benefits and pay as full-time Ferrero employees. Their training is primarily on the job, learning new skills and competencies in analytics and marketing program development. Housing and transportation is not provided.

Our summer internship
Ferrero USA has a summer internship for college students interested in a career in Marketing, Sales, Finance and Supply Chain. Based upon business needs we typically have four to six college students working on projects, over an eight week period.
College students should have completed their sophomore year and be at least rising juniors. Their course of study should be relevant to the available internship. Prior intern experience is a plus. Enactus participants are given priority consideration.

Benefits, training and pay
Internships are paid, however benefits are not available. Training is on the job and hands-on. Housing and transportation are not provided.
